Overview

The DW300 pressure/differential pressure transmitter is manufactured using imported sensor chips. The sensor and amplification circuit are highly integrated and assembled using aluminum alloy and stress isolation technology. It features high sensitivity, high accuracy, and strong overload resistance. After precise temperature compensation and amplification processing, it converts into standard signals (4~20mA or 0~10V) and can be connected to secondary instruments, industrial computers, or distributed control systems. It has strong anti-interference ability, acid and alkali resistance, and long-term stability and reliability. The circuit zero and gain can be adjusted on site, with a wide migration range. It can be used for measuring pressure or differential pressure/negative pressure in boilers, dust collectors, petroleum, chemical, HVAC, metallurgy, and power plants, achieving automatic process detection.

working principle

The DW300 differential pressure transmitter utilizes imported pressure sensing chips. The sensitive components are formed into resistors through processes such as diffusion or ion implantation and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. The sensitive diaphragm is processed using micro-machining techniques. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and generates a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure. By applying a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, a DC voltage signal output is generated. After passing through a secondary conversion circuit, a two-wire 4~20mA output is achieved.
