Solution for Air Safety Assurance System for Cruise Ship Epidemic Prevention and Control 2020-05-13
The cruise ship epidemic prevention and control air safety assurance system primarily involves deploying safety isolation rooms on board. The system comprises control software, intelligent micro-differential pressure transmitters, micro-control units, variable air volume (VAV) terminals and air volume sensors, air valve actuators, disinfection purifiers, and other hardware components. Utilizing patented intelligent micro-differential pressure transmission technology, combined with the micro-control unit and VAV terminals, the system calculates the real-time differential pressure values fed back from the intelligent micro-differential pressure transmitters. The results are then fed back to the compensating fans and air valve actuators, adjusting fan power and air valve opening to maintain the real-time differential pressure values within the set range. This enables real-time and precise control of air supply volume, addressing pressure gradient control issues in various functional areas. The ultimate goal is to control air flow direction, prevent the leakage of bacteria and viruses, and achieve the objective of disinfection and prevention of cross-contamination.
